This spacious detached villa is located in a quiet urbanization and has beautiful views over the green valley at Alhaurin de la Torre and is 25 minutes from Málaga airport. The villa is modernly furnished and provides all comforts, such as good beds, air conditioning (adjustable per room), underfloor heating and a luxury kitchen. Around the slightly lower located pool is a sun terrace with a balinesa (covered lounger); enjoy lazy warm days with the occasional dip in the pool. You can also relax in the sauna and then cool off under the outdoor shower.

The villa is child-friendly, because the garden is completely fenced and there is a lockable gate between the terrace and the pool. On the spacious upper terrace you can enjoy a BBQ and eat outside or enjoy a drink in the lounge area while enjoying a fantastic view. The adjacent living room also offers this view through a large sliding glass door. There is WiFi throughout the whole area and international TV is provided. Under the house is a private garage where you can park, but you can also park in the driveway or in the street.

You can do your shopping in the nearby Alhaurin de la Torre (about 5 minutes by car) and the beaches of the Costa del Sol can be reached within half an hour.
